Terms and disclaimer
These terms apply to sparqle.com.au, run by a small local business on the Northern Beaches (“we”, “us”). Right now we’re signing up washers and building a waitlist of customers. By using this site or our forms, you agree to these terms. Car wash bookings are also covered by our Customer terms.
Signing up as a washer
- Signing up is an expression of interest, not a job offer. We’ll contact you to confirm your details before you take any jobs.
- Before your first job, we may check your identity and age, and for under-18s, confirm consent with your parent or guardian.
- We intend to engage washers as independent contractors who choose their own jobs and hours, not as employees. The full arrangement, including pay, insurance and your responsibilities, will be set out in a separate washer agreement you’ll see and accept before your first job.
- We can decline or end an application at our discretion, for example if details can’t be verified.
Earnings
What you earn depends on the jobs you take, the car’s size, your level and demand in your area.
Referrals
Referral rewards, such as $20 when a washer you refer finishes their first job, are paid once the referred person has completed the qualifying job. We can change or end referral offers at any time, but we’ll honour referrals already completed under the previous terms.
Customer waitlist
Joining the waitlist doesn’t commit you to anything, and nothing is charged. Bookings are covered by our Customer terms.
